A unique hybrid position is open in one of the most successful consulting companies in the Nordics. We are looking for a talent to support our senior partner team and ensure smooth operations of our beautiful Copenhagen office.
Your responsibilities
Proactive calendar and priority orchestration:
Provide structured and reliable support to the senior partner team, including calendar and email management, meeting coordination and agendas, and travel planning. Anticipate needs, manage priorities, and ensure follow-ups with discretion and precision.
Brand representation and office presence:
Act as a visible and professional representative of NORTH. Ensure that guests, candidates, partners, and colleagues experience a consistent, high-quality impression aligned with our brand and culture.Office experience and aesthetics:
Take ownership of the overall office space, ensuring it reflects NORTH’s brand and values. Maintain high standards in layout, décor, and daily presentation.Office operations:
Oversee vendors, supplies, catering, and office equipment. Ensure efficient operations and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, making the everyday life of our consultants smooth and enjoyable.Internal communication:
Support internal communication initiatives and ensure clarity, consistency, and professionalism in written and verbal communication across the organisation.Onboarding and offboarding:
In close collaboration with the Head of Talent Development, support a professional and well-structured onboarding and offboarding process that reflects care and clarity.Event and engagement coordination:
Plan and execute internal events and company trips. Support our Brand & Marketing Team with recruiting events and client gatherings with a strong focus on experience, structure, and brand alignment.
In this hybrid role, you will be central to how NORTH is experienced both internally and externally. You will be responsible for ensuring our office environment and daily operations represent our brand and the quality and values of an ambitious consulting firm. Your skills and experience
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think 3 steps ahead. Plan, structure, and follow through.
Comfortable about being the face of NORTH for guest and maintaining a professional attire.
A strong understanding of brand, culture, and representation, and the ability to reflect this consistently in office presence, communication, and execution of daily operations.
High aesthetic awareness and a natural flair for the office environment, décor, and overall experience.
Close attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and high standards.
A professional and approachable style. Strong situational awareness and empathy, allowing you to adapt tone, priorities, and actions to different people and situations.
The ability to organise, coordinate, and prioritise multiple activities efficiently.
Confidence in managing executive support tasks with discretion and integrity.
Excellent communication skills – good written and verbal English proficiency.
Basic Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in executive assistance, office management, or a comparable service role.
