Your responsibilities

As a Manager, you will participate in project design as well as proposal work. You will play a crucial role in running and executing commercial projects, as either track or project lead. In the role, you are responsible for team deliverables and may have more than one project to manage at a time, depending upon the project size and complexity. Your responsibilities will be:

• Team and project deliverables

• Lead and coach team members

• Leading role in project sales and design delivery

• Participation in sales meetings and proposal work

Thus, we prefer you to have the following qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience from a top tier strategy or technology consulting firm

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally, in writing, and visually

• A strong commercial mindset, seeking to improve sales and profitability of our customers

• Characterised by a high level of drive and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

• Candour and courage to speak up and challenge unproductive orthodoxies

• Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Graduate degree and a solid academic record (preferably Master, or Ph.d.)
