Your responsibilities

As a Solution Architect, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. In this role, you will be engaged in digital transformation projects for a variety of clients, where you will act as a lead consultant in building solutions for business challenges in a sales and/or service context. You will typically be involved in all project phases, with a strong focus on understanding business objectives and identifying possible solutions, which will rely heavily on Salesforce implementation. Your tasks and responsibilities will be:  

  • Responsible for track deliverables including pre-sales, demo to customers, scoping and planning, implementation, testing, and rollout   

  • Working with complex business requirements and translating them into solution designs

  • Designing advanced and integrated solutions to enable our client success   

  • Participation in project design and proposal work  

  • Support and coach business analysts, management consultants, and peers  

  • Stay up-to-date about the market, business, and technical evolutions and actively share your knowledge with your team  

Your skills and experience

With a technology consulting background, you will have a proven track record and solid implementation experience. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong knowledge of Salesforce. Experience with Salesforce CPQ is preferred. As a person, you like to take responsibility, where you continuously seek to improve the quality of your work. You are curious and comfortable in teams with an empathic mindset. You have the following skills and experience:    

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience from a top tier strategy or technology consulting firm  

  • Deep understanding and experience of Salesforce best practices   

  • Experience with strategic management and implementation of IT projects in CRM  

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ   

  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively, both verbally, in writing, and visually  

  • Strong commercial mindset, seeking to improve sales and profitability of our customers  

  • Characterised by a high level of drive and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment  

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels  

  • Excellent communication skills in English  

  We desire that you have the following certifications and educational background:   

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline  

  • Salesforce Certified Sales or Service Cloud Consultant   

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator   

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder  

  • Certified Scrum Master / Certified Product Owner
